Welcome to The University of Texas at Austin student employment web site, sponsored by the Office of Student Financial Services! Our mission is to provide assistance to currently enrolled and admitted UT students who are searching for part-time jobs to help pay their way through school, and in so doing, assist employers who are searching for UT students to fill their part-time and seasonal positions.

To accomplish that mission, the Student Employment Office:

1. Makes the Hire a Longhorn Job Bank available to students and employers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Students may search for, and employers may post, part-time, seasonal, and Summer positions on the job bank.
2. Provides information about part-time and seasonal employment to students and employers.
3. Provides information to students and employers about the Federal Work-Study program and related activities.
4. Directs students and employers to other departments for information about internship, full-time, and volunteer opportunities.
